Write a Memo report to your upper management explaining the findings you discovered based on your Customer Discovery and Validation primary research data collection activities.
This is where you prove to your upper management that you’ve communicated with (interviewed) prospective customers and experts, …and those potential new customers confirmed to you that they agree with you that they have that problem or need that you explained in your Week 2 memo to management, AND that they would actually pay your company money or use your service to fix the problem. Note, you may change your idea at any time in this class to be different than the problem in your Week 2 memo.
