In this essay, we have to choose two philosophers from the following (David Hume, Immanuel Kant, Soren Kierkegaard, Viktor Frankl, Jean-Paul Sartre) and compare their epistemologies and then relate them to my value. The value that I have chosen is personal growth.
<

<
Below is something that I wrote for an earlier essay. This essay is an expansion on the same belief as below but now I have to relate it to two other philosophers mentioned in the attached word document. I am fine with any philosopher of your choosing. You just have to write how their epistemologies coincide with my belief of personal growth through experience.
<
<
“One of my most important values is personal growth. I must expand my knowledge of the world around me so I can live a well-prepared and educated life. I am keen on obtaining knowledge that applies to my daily life and much of it is something that I had no idea of before my exposure to that lesson. I believe that it is through my experiences that I have learned what I know so far, and it is not an innate thing to know the types of skills I know.
<
One of the obvious reasons why I believe that knowledge is not innate but learned is because especially now, we live in a time where we have technology that is far superior to anything in the history of mankind, therefore it possibly can not be innate to have possessed knowledge on not only how to create such technology but to use it as well. It was through teaching and experimentation that skills were developed and knowledge gained.”

I will also attach one of my previous essays if you want to gauge an idea. I would highly appreciate it if you can included a bibliography at the end (not part of the 3 pages), if not, that is totally fine as well.
